orrell design, Greensboro’s first Davines concept salon, has been in downtown Greensboro since February 2003. We offer an upscale hair experience with spa services. We want to be the one-stop destination for your hair and skin care needs, while aligning ourselves with Davines’ ideals of reducing our carbon footprint.
We have grown our Hair Department to include 10 stylists and 3 apprentices. Client demand resulted in the addition of an Esthetics department in Dec. 2006 to care for our clients' skin care needs. orrell design soars above its competitors with 30+ collective years of experience. Our stylists are trained with Vidal Sassoon, Tony and Guy, Davines and many others throughout the world. We accommodate bridal parties, wedding preparation and much more.

Our vision was to create a salon dedicated to the support of clients and the community alike. From the start, relationships with clients has been an important element in the success of orrell design. Our environment has matured into one in which employees enjoy coming to work and clients enjoy coming back time and time again.
orrell design has been featured on national TV in Ambush Make Over as well as in the Greensboro News & Record for their contributions to Locks of Love. In 2007 we participated with the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure with our pink streak campaign and cut-a-thon. We have also been featured in NC Signature Magazine and 99 Blocks. Since 2015 we have been a contributor/particpant in Greensboro's Big Hair Ball supporting The Family Services of The Piedmont in Greensboro.
Trained Staff
orrell design is committed to developing dedicated talent. Apprentices fresh out of school and seasoned stylists regularly attend classes from highly acclaimed schools such as Vidal Sassoon and Redken International.
Our esthetician is a licensed professional trained in maintaining and improving healthy skin while striving to stay abreast of the latest developments in skin care. Her focus is on healing from the inside out.
