Re-Opening June 1st
Monday June 1, we will once again be able to take you and your locks back to your most beautiful and natural beauty.
This being said, we do have some limitations and new health and safety rules we all must follow. You will notice several changes in the salon. We hope you will find your new experience even more wonderful than before!
Please enter through the double doors closest to the parking lot. Upon entering, you will check in with one of our front desk coordinators.
Only one guest per stylist will be allowed in the salon at a time.
When you arrive for your appointment please call the salon and let us know you are here, 336-273-0025, and the make and color of your car. Someone will either come to your car or call to let you know when you may enter the building.
Please bring a mask to wear throughout your appointment. If you do not have a mask or forgot yours, we will have one of our lovely new orrell design masks to offer. You may purchase this to keep for yourself, or leave it with us.
When your service is complete, your stylist will escort you to the check out desk where you will be able to purchase your products, pay for your service and schedule your next appointment. You will then exit through the double doors at the corner of the building.
If you wish to have a glass of champagne or wine, we can offer this and will be cleaning all glassware in certified sanitation cleaners. We will have a great beer selection as well!
We kindly ask that you do not bring children, friends, or any guests with you for your appointment. If you must accompany your child or anyone else, please plan to wait in your car until their service is complete.
As always, we are grateful for any and all recommendations to orrell design. We will be continuing our gift of a complimentary hair cut for every three guest you send to our salon. Your loyalty, love and support for our stylists and salon has helped us thrive throughout these past 17 years.
