Meet Mercedes!

Growing up in Minnesota, where it is below zero for most of the year, I spent a lot of time in doors. I found a love for painting and frequently changing my hair color! I knew I wanted to make a difference whether it be with art or in the beauty industry.

 Soon enough, I moved to the south and absolutely loved the green lush surroundings. Still not knowing what my future held, I decided to go to cosmetology school at Leon's.

 

 I started at Orrell Design the day after I graduated and apprenticed with Ms. Kerrie Orrell - I was so fortunate for this.

 

 I learned everything about business, color and precision cutting from her. Now, almost four years later, I have the opportunity to do the same for young hairstylists. I have attended many Davines classes and have a passion for color. I strive to be the best I can be and flood my co-workers around me with positivity.
